Default Wireless onboard (Laptop) - Can I boost the signal?

Hey people!

I've got a Toshiba Qosmio G30 with Wireless onboard (a,b,g).

Im just curious if theirs a way to boost the range of the wireless signal?

The G30 has a plug for an external aerial - but thats for the in-built TV-Tuner.. I didn't buy an aerial because I don't use the TV-Tuner.

Is it possible that the wireless network shares the aerial that the TV-Tuner uses???

Or is there another way to boost the signal on laptops?

Thanks!

The only other way I can think of the boost the signal would be to get an external wireless adapter. The TV aerial wouldn't be connected to the wireless card. They use a different frequency as well.
