Just wondering, is there a way that I can view the output from my PS2, on my LCD monitor? I recently bought a DVD, which happens to be NTSC, and my TV only displays NTSC in black and white.
Yeah I could just whack it in my DVD rom and view it, but id prefer to view it on my PS2, as its just quicker to fire up, and doesnt have the loudness of the case fans whirring away. Cheers guys.

The only way of doing it is to use a TV-to-VGA converter box. They're not particularly cheap, especially for decent ones (and cheap ones aren't good enough to be worth buying). This looks decent, but that still doesn't have component inputs; the component model is $155.71. For that sort of price it'd be easier to either buy a small TV or buy a DVD player.
You could use a TV tuner card (much cheaper), but that completely defeats the purpose of using the PS2 to play the DVD because the PC has to be turned on the whole time.
