Default Dell Inspirion 8100 - Wireless upgrade

I've recently bought a Dell Inspiron 8100, now it has a mini-PCI slot, with a card already in it... no idea what it is though, maybe network or modem card?

I'm wondering if i could get a WiFi/Bluetooth mini-PCI card to put in it? Does the 8100 have an aerial in the screen? Is it possibly to get a mini-PCI card that does both Bluetooth and WiFi (G preferably)
