Originally it was a Spiderman 2 UMD Movie, next was a UMD Holder/Case and small lanyard, not sure if either of these are still on offer though.
P.S. I got both as I registered my PSP twice under different user names as each offer became avalailable (yes I'm greedy). |

i never got my welcome pack, i only got the spiderman dvd with no welcome pack in it

I received a UMD holder from Sony about a week ago, so I'd say that's still the deal.
