Default Which PDA??

Thinking about getting a new pda phone. These are my requirements. So far, the closest to my requirements are the o2 atom / hw6828

requirements:
MUST run windows mobile / pocket pc
NOT a brick
inbuilt phone
expandable memory
inbuilt camera
must also be able to use a GPS addon, or would be good if had it inbuilt.

any others that would suit me?
