Yeah been looking at this as well for a cheap travelling laptop. Specs are so so but for under $1200 for a 13" laptop with a moderate amount of grunt its not bad at all. Might wait for a while as I want to use the international warranty but that only lasts 12 months after purchase.

Closest thing to a review I have seen.

I like the notebook. It looks like its pretty capable without having to have a docking station like most 12" laptops have, and they atleast $2000. This one still has all the features of a regular laptop with a 13.3" screen.

As you said HSV, im thinkin about holding off for a bit. Im heading to Canada pretty soon, and i want one for when im over there. But i dont really want to take it travelling through south east asia, could get stolen or water damaged.

Yeah just kidding around with the name, azzuss is how i pronounce it. If you have seen a Asus U5A white laptop you will also see the similarities especially at underside of the laptop. In any case this is pretty damn good value for a laptop this size sure its a little old with the components but for under $1200 I would not complain at all.

Does anyone know if it's easy replace the hard drive? Is there any "Warranty void if removed" stickers etc?

On the BenQ? Or any laptop?

On most laptops, every one I've seen anyway, It's quite easy to remove and replace the hard drive, I recently did it in my Portege A100 - which wasn't all that easy, had to pull the whole thing apart, but eventually got it.
