Default Antec Aria - RAM overheating

Memtest86 with the side of the case off runs for 24 hours no problems. With the case on, it reboots after about 5 minutes.

I've tried the stick (512mb generic) in both slots with the same affect. The way case is designed, the RAM doesn't get a whole lot of cooling. The CPU and internal temps are fine (35-40 degs), and I'm using the motherboards Cool 'N Quiet function (turning this off makes no difference).

This would lead me to believe my RAM is overheating and causing the PC to reboot.

The box is a HTPC, so I'd like to keep it as quiet as possible. What would be the best way of fixing this?
1. RAM heat spreaders
2. 80mm fan with a fan controller
3. Replace the RAM
4. The RAM isn't the problem
5. Something else

ram heatspreaders will do absolutely nothing. a fan inside to move air around will be the best bet.
