Default Any special things u can do with a PDA with a GPS?

Apart from put GPS software on it...


Is there anything funky you can do? or any other software that you can get to make it more usable?

i.e. i have found out u can get some emulators for PDA's i.e. snes emulator...

And there are some classic games on it too such as Bejeweled and Zuma.

I sometimes use it to read ebooks. Or you can have music on it too.

Ministumbler is designed for PDA's, I suppose if you're bored you can go for a wardrive and then use the GPS to get yourself out of trouble when finished...

what line of work are you in? what pda do you have?

there are lots of things you can do with a PDA. SBSH and SPB are 2 software companies that produce extremely useful software for pdas.

You can also play mp3s and divx movies. TCMP is one of the best players going round.

If you have bluetooth you can use a bluetooth headset as well (as long as the stack you are using utlises A2DP.

Work in IT.

I am getting the ASUS A636N

Has bluetooth 2 and wifi...
I will be watching movies and playing MP3's, i will check out the TCMP thing

although if you wait out a little longer you could go for the 639

Thought about that, but it is the same PDA, with a different finish on the front with 1gb memory...

Which will probably be around $100+ more, so its cheaper to get this and then just get like a 2gb SD card for around $50
