Ive played at a few well known clubs around melbourne before. But now days i just do functions. 18ths 21st mainly, I make more money this way

And yeah thats pretty much the type of music i play. I pretty much structure the sets i play exactly like this mix, but over 4-5 hours instead of 40 min.

I start of with some pryda styled house and ease into some seamus & haji style vocal house and then just bang out commercial crap for the rest of the night. But the crowd usually loves it and i have a good time playing it soo im defienatly not complaining

And for those who listened and liked the style of music. A few tunes to look out for that im loving at the moment:

Kleerup feat Robyn - With Every Heartbeat (Pete Tong & Dave Spoon Mix)
Roman Salzger - Koki Teno (Mischa Daniels Remix)
Axwell - I Found You (Tocadisco remix)

And being not a fan of rnb at all, i stumbled across this about a week ago, give it a listen and see what song kanye west has defiled

I have to say I really enjoyed that mix Jack_son.
It's not usually a genre I'd go out of my way to listen to yet I find myself playing the mix over and over

Suppose my ears just get drained listening to DnB and Hard Dance all day :P

I'd be interested if you do any more in the future and have them hosted.

sampled, yes, a lot, but literally snipping a whole section of a song and "rapping" over the top is a little bit too far..

Atleast Timbaland changed the sound of his plagiarism :P

Yo guys, if anyone is interested in Torq/Conectiv drop me a PM. I bought the bloody thing Monday past and it doesn't seem to want to play nice with my MOTU interface, as it wants the speakers run directly off an external mixer or the Conectiv unit itself so I think I'm gonna sell it off. PM me to work something out.

the TTX's are really good..
have used them once and quiet liked them, a lot of torq coming from str8-30's

Yep they have adjustable torque up to 4.7kgf-cm.

Troops, I've decided to sell my entire setup:

Ecler NUO2, approx 2 months old, a few hours of use, fully boxed - $500
2 x Technics SL1200mk2 decks loaded with Ortofon blue DJ-E cart, and your choice of either Ecler or Technics slipmat - $750 EACH (if you buy both you can take all the slipmats)

I will not post the decks so do not ask. If anyone is genuinely interested let me know. I'm the first owner of these decks. Due to the fact that I can't mix too well they've hardly seen any use over the 18 odd months I've owned them.
