Default LCD Wiring

I am incorparating a LCD module [this one here] into a computer and was reading this into my computer. Will the guide apply to this. Any tips as I have never wired these before.

Yes, you have a HD44780 LCD which is also what the guide was written for.

A good tip is to solder a row of headers to the LCD like in this guide. So if you stuff up the wiring its much easier to change, rather than having to desolder from the LCD.
