hokay...
800fsb is important for the ram. If your mobo will do 800fsb stock then you have no issue with ram. So you get DDR2 ram that matches. With ddr you have ram running at 400mhz but twice, so it matches the fsb. Whats complicated about it? not sure what you're asking for sure and it's hard (for me) to just explain 'what' exactly it is, it's just a thing lol Linky.... http://www.gen-x-pc.com/fsb_info.htm You know what, maybe google will help more than i did.... http://www.google.com.au/search?sour...&q=What+is+FSB

The E6300 is 1.8Ghz clock frequency, this is different from FSB. The FSB is 1066Mhz if i remember rightly.
Now the FSB is quad pumped, so it's really running at 266Mhz (266x4 = 1066) So what you want is some ram that does 266Mhz at minimum, because we're talking about DDR2 the 533 you mentioned is perfect (2 x 266)
