Default BIOS checksum error - please help

I have had a wealth of issues on my main box latley, and as a result it hasn't been working for well over 3 months now.

The issue I have now is when I boot the machine I get "BIOS ROM checksum error" straight away and the speaker squeels until you shut it down.

What would cause this issue? Do i need to flash the BIOS to fix it?

It's an Asus A7S8X-MX mobo.

Try to clear the bios. 2 jumpers on the motherboard-check your manual.

Your bios seems to be corrupt. Not sure what would cause that. If you can't boot then you need someone else to hotflash for you.
