Some you have have heard what happened to smokey... well long story short, neighbours dog was out in their front yard, our cat was in our front yard, and the dog started chasing him and bit him. Completely crunched his knee joint, so he had to have that leg amputated half way down. Two weeks later he's had his stitches taken out and is doing alright. He's his normal self apart from trying to scratch his right ear with his now non-existing leg.

\

He still looks lopsided with a quarter of his fur missing

Beautiful cats, guys.

Nothing can ever look quite as relaxed, or contented, as a cat. Or... some other things, but you just pray they don't get like that, I guess.

They've only just started eating so when I feed them they kinda faceplant into the food and cover themselves in it. The videos and pix are from the first night they arrived. As you can see from the photo - all my friend's maternal instincts went into overdrive!

Will try and get some better ones as time goes on. They're a bit fluey so are being medicated at the moment and the little white one and another are quite small and not as strong but I think they'll survive - they're already so much more active after a couple of days!

My wife just emailed this one from when Daisie was a lot younger and had just come home from getting desexed.

Possibly the most miserable cat I've ever seen.
