Default 4 Week (Not even) Kitten - Liverpool Area

Hey guys,

I didn't know where to put this as I normally only post in the hardware sections. My mate has a kitten, he's about 4 weeks old (Not even, according to him) and he wants it gone.

I don't think the cat has been vaccinated or anything yet and I don't know shit about cats.

All I can say is, he is very cute and I thought I'd ask you guys first. My mate already has an adult cat and he doesn't want two.

It hasn't been litter trained so it just shits under his bed, pretty cool.

I'm sure someone here on OCAU would lovingly have a kitten\extra kitten.

If it is actually 4 weeks or less of age it needs to be with its mother/litter mates or needs hand rearing. If its eating by itself its probably much older (6+ weeks). I believe at 4 weeks they are just starting to try out soft foods, but most of their nutrients come from the mothers milk still. At 4 weeks they're about a week older than opening their eyes and are just starting to walk. It's usually not wise to take the kittens off the mother until 8-10weeks for proper weaning/socialisation.

Take it to the vet and ask for advice.

Woah, okay it's much older then. The kitten eats by itself and interacts with the other cat, it's also pretty fricken fast (No match for me when we're running around the house).

Still available if anyone wants it.
