Melbourne Internode ADSL Annex-M, with 2.2mbit upload.

Canberra gives me the best results, it's still lower than the Internode tests though.

Melbourne and Sydney suck, but I guess that has to do with what hops my ISP has to go through to get to them.

wierd...called up TPG tech support and this is the speed test i got while on the phone with tech support




this is AFTER hanging up with tech support



anyone knows why?

I'd be trying that experiment out again to make sure it wasn't just a fluke. If it happens again, have a look at the filter(s) on your phone lines.

Yeah its unlimited. Up and down. Normally avg around 200-300gb a month down, upload is 4-5 times that. Is also nice to be able to repay back to the torrent communities for all my years of leeching in Aus with crap all upload. I think i've upped about 2.4Tb on d*e*m*o*n*o*i*d alone in the last couple of months.

Keep at least 7:1 upload ratio on all my torrents.
