Default Xbox Drive Won't Open

Hi

I have an xbox here and the drive will not open, thought it would be an easy fix and I replaced the whole DVD drive, but same problem.

When eject is pressed there is movement inside the DVD Drive, sounds a little like it trying to open but jammed.. Both DVD drives that I have tried work in other xboxs..

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks in advance.
