Angry Can't get Asus AJ6A card reader to work

Hey,

Installed the driver for the card reader, restarted, inserted the new Sandisk MicroSD (with adapter) into the reader, and nothing happened. Looked in device mananger and there was nothing about the card reader in there.

Anyone had the same problems, or know what the hell I have to do to even get this thing working?

Thanks,
Trav

this might be a long shot, but my m5n displayed the same problem when i first got it. did everything u mentioned in your post. took it back to the shop, they just popped my drivers cd, installed the intel chipset driver and voila... it worked.

might work.. might not(worked for me tho) . do the new intel laptops today have intel chipset drivers still??

cheers
