Default Dell laptop ram

I have little experience upgrading laptops, so I'd like to be a little more confident of what to look for.

I was able to find the following specifications from the dell website for my laptop:

Logical Type (128x64 - 1gb, 64x64 - 512mb)
Speed PC2-4200 / 533 MHz
Description Standard SODIMM
Package Type 200-pin SODIMM

My guess would be that any 533mhz 200-pin sodimm's would be compatible.

Laptop is a D510.

Yes, any SODIMM DDR2 will suit it fine.

Ta. Makes me feel much more confident buying non-dell branded sticks.

Now I just have to decide if I want to mix sticks, or match them...
