Default Nady UHF-3, AC220V, compatible here?

Greetings all.

Just received my UHF-3 Wireless system from Nady. Seller claimed to be in Aus, but was in fact in America. Anyway. I've just noticed a sticker on the box that says AC-220V. The manual reccomends a 18V, 250mA adaptor, or the supplied one; which has the markings:
PRI: 230-240V - 50 Hz, 55mA;
SEC: 14V - 300mA;
and then polarity rating.

Just bought myself a Digitor Multi Reverse Earthed Adaptor from Dick Smith to be compatible with the charger (2 round prong dealey). Am I likely to blow anything up?

Cheers

Australia is ~230V @ 50Hz, America is 110V @ 60Hz. The transformer you have will be fine here.

You might also want to bear in mind that some of the public use wireless band in the US and Europe is restricted access in Australia. 915MHz and 868MHz are not available for public use locally. If you get caught by the ACMA, expect big $$$ fines...

This apparently uses 470-500; so I'm not in that much danger.

Thanks for the headsup, though.

Cheers guys, time to trial her tomorrow
