Hi, i have started a new case mod on my no-name-no-brand full tower. So far i have sanded down the side which slides off ready to do a design on it
This is my first mod so it is my test case, if all works out well i am going to order a new case within the next month or so. I plan to either do a piece of graffiti (experienced art) so it will be a pretty complex outline, or just do a huge wutang logo on the side of the case, with some writing under it mabe saying something like Wu-TaNG clan (in graff style of course). I will then spray my case silver and chrome and order a blue neon to place inside my case. Cutting the complex part wont be any trouble because my uncle has several sized plasma cutters, ranging from ones which will cut up to 1/4 inch to ones that will cut ~4-inch thick steel but.. How do i attach the perspex to the case? I will most likely have a hole cut out in the perspex for a fan but will a holesaw be okay for this? Do i just glue the perspex on? or could i drill and bolt it on for a nicer effect with little chrome bolts? Thanks in advance

just glue the bolts to the inside of the case with araldite glue and then use the nuts to tighten the perspex down
heres a guide http://www.ocmod.com/code/show_art.php?id=25&pg=1 |

I put mine on my first modded case using velcro. You can get it with a sticky backing, you peel off the paper and stick it straight onto the surface. It holds really well with a piece in each corner of the window. Easy to take off and on too.

I went the industrial look and used large crome headed screws to affix my windows. Hole say works fine for cutting perspex. However in the end i used a jig saw to cut an outline then dremeled tje edges to clean them up. I had a funky clover shaped hole made of 60mm hole saw cuts but it was really loud
