Depends on how you define cheap. The only easily viable way is to buy a wireless bridge.

I've done it, and it works.

I use a $90 UltraWAP to connect mine to my AP.

no genuine MS one for the original xbox.

i bought a 2wire wireless ethernet bridge from ebay (seller: JustDeals) for $28 or something all up including courier to my house - does the trick perfectly fine with my x360
