Smile IBM R31 - Needed key spring & suction cap thingy cap for down arrow key that was lost

Can any one help?

I am missing the metal spring and suction cap thing from the down arrow key off the keyboard on my IBM R31 laptop.

The laptop is getting oldish and I wasn't to concerned, but now I want to give it away to a family friend as their daughter is starting high school and needs a laptop. It works fine and I have installed fresh installed XP and office2003 for her and put in a wifi card in it, but I just need to fix this bit before I give it to her to use at school.

Even though I am giving it away for free, I still like to know I am giving her something that she can use for a few years until her mum can afford to get her an upgraded one when the times comes. I am happy to buy a new key, but I live in regional Qld and these are not the easiest thing to find or get hold of.

How it went missing - My lovely one year old daughter loves my laptop and she managed to pull most of the key off the keyboard when I wasn't looking. The key was lost but turned one day when i least expected it. After a 2 month search, I found all but the spring bit and the suction cap thingy..

So, can any one help us out?

I am happy to pay for postage, but I just need a hand in locating the bits I need. All help very much appreciated.

Thanks guys..
