PS3 Preorders and Midnight Launches
Who is preordering their PS3 and where are you preordering from?
The only advertisement I have seen so far is from Toy’s R Us which is offering 50% off any one launch game if you preorder. |

I cancled my pre-order last year.
The game lineup is a lot better for europe/other than it was for japan/NA, but a lot of the release games are on Xbox360 already or will be at launch. Wish i could just fastforward in time to the pricedrops and whiteknight and other good jap rpgs.

where will i be on the midnight launch?
playing my HK PS3 that i got for the same price as the AU one, but with 2 controllers and 3 games chucked in  EDIT - maybe if there are some good deals on games i'll rock up and get some

The main Sony PS3 Australian site is http://au.playstation.com. A list of games which are being released at launch can be found here http://au.playstation.com/news/ps3launchdate.jhtml. I’m thinking that I should get Resistance and Formula One Championship at launch however I might also add MotorStorm pending approval from the Minister of War and Finances.
Also now is the time to buy cheap HDMI cables since the PS3 does not come with Hi Definition cables. |
