Nice pickup James...I was hoping it was Nikon mount and you could put it through its paces and report back, but no such luck

I know, no picture but just wanted to mention I bought a MB-D11 my first battery grip ($219 Delivered - ebay. Bought on Wednesday last week arrived the next Wednesday with all the public holidays in the middle) . I haven't used it properly yet, but it certainly adds weight to the D7000 and makes it a lot more ergonomic and makes me look uber pro.

Got me a Sigma 50mm 1.4, its bokehlicious
pretty sure everyone's seen one a billion times so no need for a photo, though I was still impressed by the amount of glass they can shuv in that thing when holding it in person though.
