Search the forums and google for sensor cleaning. Canon have been known to send out their bodies riddled with dust and crap. My 30D had a couple of small specks on it.

Great buy, I wish I had that kit, but I'm happy with mine anyway.

agreed, you paid premium for all the top gear then put below par cf cards and 'ok' CPLs, thats just me i guess.

Yes, you're right the filters were gifts they gave me for free, however I bought separate filters that are higher in quality.

The 50 F1.2 is the only 50 that canon makes that exites me really. I have the F1.8, and have used the F1.4, but even though the F1.4 has USM it is not ring type. But then the Price is the prob with the F1.2.
