from the research I have done....you have a very slim chance of being hit with any additional costs if you buy from HK Supplies and use UPS. If you use USPS then you are almost guarunteed to be hit with additional fees.

Yeah but the chance of being charged is still there

I'd rather be 100% sure of the total price instead of worrying if I'm going to be charged another $200-300

I always ship UPS and have always been charged

Really, how many times do we have to go through what happens with lenses when importing? There must be at least 10 threads about what fees you have to pay and yet there are still people who come in claiming to know better.

I think a good idea for a stickied thread would be for people that have bought stuff from BH and HK Supplies only.

Layout should be soemthing like the following:

Place Bought:
Price:
Cost:
UPS or USPS or other:
Any additional charged: custom etc...

what you think?
