kidding me? cause i picked up a 70-200mm IS 2.8 with optics in perfect condition. bit of paint rub on the tripod ring and no hood or bag for $1200....

and that is @ 1350 with 8 days to go?

If you add to cart, it discounts another $200.

At the current exchange rate, it roughly equates to about AUD$7500 + Tax + Shipping

If you're know someone coming over and buying from there, it's a cheap buy.

It's a gorgeous package. But the D700 is not enough to tempt me back. The glass is superb. The body however ... D3/x/s then definitely. Not that I have that much cash lying around.

Importing that will be painfully expensive though.

Ordered a Dell U2311H from Dell website with the ozbargain coupon code.. gets it to $296 delivered.. not as cheap as the previous ~$240 price some time ago.. but still pretty good.

Yeah it's pretty good. I have a feeling that Nikon will bring out a D700 successor at Photokina.
