I have ordered from them two or three times now and not had any issues. I'm not discounting that bad feedback at all, but remember that most people who have good experiences don't see the need to hop on a review site and publish their opinion (IMHO), but people who have had a bad experience are more likely to.

I had a big problem with something that came months late.. but then it wasnt somethign I needed urgent.. if its urgent then you prioritise receiving the item over price anyway.

I've ordered from them recently. My order was broken up into 8 pieces which arrived randomly (completely different from suggested delivery dates), spread out over 2 months.

I was ordering books, and in most cases the simply had a single piece of cardboard wrapped around them and taped (nothing covering the book at either end). One of the books is damaged beyond use, as it was stuffed in my letterbox in the rain, with the open end pointing upwards. Not only did it soak the book through, it funneled water into my letterbox as well.

I would never buy from them again.

Seems pretty cheap to me. Cheapest is usually that plus $40 shipping.
