[ADL] Scorcherfest - Feb 25 Adel Uni..

Hey Guys and Girls..

Just a quick reminder for anyone into Live Music that Scorcherfest is here again in 2007 and is better than ever..

ScorcherFest INFO:

My Band " Wiggum " are part of this awesome Rock festival..

Featuring 60 Band, covering many genres, 10 DJ's on 5 Stages at the Adelaide Uni Ground of North Terrace.. Entry fom Victoria drive Uni Gate 10..

Bands Start at around 11am and go thro till around 9 or 10 pm, On Sunday Feb 25th..

So c'mon, get out there and support your local Bands, and with so many band there on the day, there's sure to be loads of music to get in to, and not to mention the Uni Party attitude.. :wink:

Yep, you're right..

This is the First time it's been at the Uni..

It was previously held at other large venues around Adelaide..
Last year was at the Bay, and that was an excellent day..

This Year's at the Uni is gonna be HUGE..

So, c'mon Adelaidian's, get out from behind your PC's, and Get along and support Aussie bands and DJ's..

How did it go today?

Stumbled across this thread - was shooting today for Beat records and a few bands, if I'd known a fellow OCAU'er would be playing I would have stuck around a bit later!

Was OK..

5 minute changeovers between bands was ridiculous...

which meant everyones sets were cut short by a song or two..

What time didya leave..??

Haha - one poor band I came across ended up doing their soundcheck, playing two songs and packing up to go. Thought the whole thing ran relatively smoothly and to schedule though which is a credit to all the bands.

Headed off around 7.30, got dragged into a conversation on the way out so would have been 8.00PM. Few other photographers stayed all night - I was well rooted after 7 hours
