Default Guacamole Recepies

I've been told I make a pretty good guacamole, and I was wondering what people put in theirs?

In mine I put:
1 Avocado
1 Rash of diced bacon
1 teaspoon of sour cream
Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice to taste
Occasionally I put in really finely diced onion or spring onion or shallots.

Whats everyone else put in theirs?

I use a fairly simple and generic method myself, that still tastes good. Two decent ripe avocados, crushed garlic to taste, sour cream, and hot salsa. I prefer a smooth consistency, so I use a food processor or a whisk with a little muscle.

Quantities of sour cream and salsa is of personal preference, usually a lot less salsa than sour cream otherwise you lose a great deal of the avocado flavour instead of merely complimenting it.

Nice. That's how I usually make it, except I go a bit ape with the lime juice. I love that stuff!
