Default Alternatives to xbox 360 wireless adapter?

Bought an xbox 360 last week and have it connected to xbox live through my computer which is a bit inconvenient but I dont really want to outlay $170 for the wireless adapter so I can connect to my wireless router. Does anyone know if there are any 3rd party adapters that will work with the 360?

Covered lots of times in the other 360 threads.

You'll want to get a wireless bridge.

Do a search in the 360 threads to see what brands people are using.

It's only 802.11B but if you are only using it to play over Live it'll be more than enough.

Correct, that won't work.

It either an official x360 wifi adapter or a wireless bridge.

I'm using a Netgear WG602v3 in Client mode. Works perfectly. I think only the v3 with the latest firmware update can do client mode tho.

Paid $85

I bought that exact one from those guys about two months back, works a charm. The box and stuff isn't in English, but that hardly matters. Just plug it in to your 360 and it works immediately.
