Default Laptop overclocking

I was wondering if there is anyway of overclocking my laptop mainly to boost my ram speeds and change the CAS like A64 Tweaker for amd but for a Intel C2D, Asus has taken away all of the overclocking options in the bios, also how would i find my pll so that i could use Clockgen? Thanks.
