Default iPAQ Bluetooth GPRS Problem

I have had a trusty iPAQ 3870 for a while now and use it every day.

I use it to send Emails and the odd google was connected via Bluetooth to a NOKIA 6820.

I have since got a replacement phone a NOKIA 3230 and now I can not get it to work.

It is paired, with that pairing set as the dialup modem
It has the dialing string of *99#

Now this all worked on the old phone but not on the new.

Anyone any ideas?
