well, that's easy.
8800gtx or x1950xtx GPU, 2x1gb DDR2 sticks, a microsoft habu (a blue-led version of the razer gaming mouse) / razer mouse, and possibly a 500w PSU to power all those drives & a new gfx card for your ""entertainment PC" system. essentially what my last upgrade entailed. here's my system. antec p160 case Abit KN8-SLI motherboard amd opteron 170, s939 tt big typhoon heatsink, nexus fans. Coolermaster iGreen 550w (replaced the PSU fan too) 2x1gb DDR Corsair Twinx 2x320gb SATA, WD 3200KS 2x320gb SATA, Seagate 7200.10 2x320gb IDE WD HDDs HIS x1950xtx PCI-e GPU Logitech G15 LCD keyboard Microsoft Habu (razer) mouse Dell 24" 2405fpw LCD monitor. xbox360 PC gamepad controller pioneer 111D 16x DVDRW DVBt TV tuner card. ... and Vista Home Premium. i suppose i could change the HSF to a noctua, replace the HDD's or consolidate it with a NAS/media storage unit like a NSLU2 or a thecus n2100 or swap the case, motherboard & CPU, etc. hmm. might try the NAS next, always wanted to move files away from the PC, moreso when you have 2tb+. (really can't find a music player that will load/sort through ~400gb of music and work with an ipod in vista/xp/linux. quite depressing. media server might be the answer)

hmmm,, upgarde... i you have a big rig there... probably upgrading to a quad core would be your next bet... then a second GPU... and you haven't even shown your HDD ('s)... so then add another couple of HDD's in RAID0...
my beautiful rig... (it's a lappy.. but just say what i should upgrade.. anyway as if i could do it like a desktop)... Mobile Intel Celeron 1.5ghz GeForce 420 16mb (AGP 2.0 4x transfer rate) 1 stick of 256 DDR 20GB HDD (P.S. I'm not running vista)...

r3s, I'd drop an E6420 in that system, then see just how far you can really push that ADATA ram...
System in my sig + Rocket raid 1640, 36gb raptor + 6 320gb 7200.10 + 1 WD5000AAKS, Pioneer 111D, Thermalrite SI-128, chimei 22"

I think you are in for a completely new system, except for hard drives and graphics depending on if it is AGP or PCI-E
