Default Water wielding

The H2O 1500 Aquygen™ Gas Generator runs on water and electricity only! It produces a stable hybrid hydrogen-oxygen gas, with many unique properties. The generator provides a superior gas for most conventional welding and metal cutting operations and excels at some of the more difficult, exotic, and specialized welding operations.

Who comes up with this drivel?

Quote:
Under direct inspection, Aquygen™ Gas proves to be odorless, colorless and lighter than air.

It has a number of unique features that distinguish it from water vapor and the Brown gas produced by standard electrolysis.

This feature alone establishes that the H2O Model 1500 Aquygen™ Gas Generator produces a new form of water that is gaseous and combustible.

Also, the variable character of the energy content of the Aquygen™ Gas is clear evidence that the gas has a novel structure with a chemical composition including bonds beyond those of valence type.

Aquygen™ Gas demonstrates an anomalous adhesion to gases, liquids and solids.

Aquygen™ Gas does not follow the fundamental PVT law for gases.

Aquygen™ Gas bonds to gaseous fuels (such as natural gas, magnegas fuel, and others) and liquid fuels (such as diesel, gasoline, liquid petroleum, and others) and significantly improves their thermal content as well as the environmental quality of their exhaust.

I wonder whether they just use a random phrase generator. It'd certainly make it easy to set up lots of sites like that one quickly.
