power supply help!

I'm trying to figure out whats the cheapest powersupply i can get that will power my future vcard which would be a 8800gts 320. I was looking on the msy site and saw a Cooler master xtreme 500w for only $69 and the 550w for $76. Would these psu's power this system?

e6600
2 hard drives
1 dvd burner
3-4 fans
8800gts?

The 430W Coolermaster Extreme for $55 should power that system, That would be your cheapest decent option
The 500/550/600W Models are really rebadged 420W/500W PSU's and arent really that good, but they should still run the system ok

Although it would be best to spend a little more and get something like the 500W iGreen which is a much better PSU
