Laptop upgrade time :D

Howdy folks

My friend has wanted me to order him a new DVD Burner for his HP Pavilion zv5022AP Laptop.

Now the question is, will this Pioneer DVR-K17 be compatible? I don't really know much about laptops...

yeah, should be fine.

the pavilion doesnt have a hot swappable optical drive though, so i hope you know how to dismantle it to upgrade the drive.

make sure you unscrew any caddies and connectors off the old drive and put them on the new one.
