hi guys
Time to get a lappy for my cousin, what would be the best replacement for Sony SZ series. Reason for my question is that i got SZ for my friend when they were jsut released and it was brilliant and she loves it, but now there are more options available in terms of CPU/GPU but I can`t find SZ with newer specs so i don`t think its worth the money. Is there any other lappy with similar(or better) performance but in similar size/weight. Thanks for help.

unfortunately the SZ series is still the same
Sony 'may' offer a new range soon as the new santa rosa platform has recently been released as in terms of other laptop brands that are as high quality and have sleek nice designs, sony dominates and there isn't much else that comes close to them IMO ibm/lenovo and dell latitute & precision series have excellent build qualities but lack the sleek looking designs (esp. ibm) they're also physically larger
