ok i have one on reserved for me but ive decided to get an asus f3jp after checking out both of them (the asus is really stylish

so all i have to do is give you my name and you can call up and pretend to be me.

i was gonna get it shipped to perth.. so you will have to make up some random excuse for why its going elsewhere.

the store is slacks creak, if you cant pick up shipping was gonna cost $35 to perth, so probly less to eastern states. kingyubbo you seemed pretty keen to get one before. are you after it?

I was keen yes. Slacks Creek is in QLD? How is this going to work and how did you get them to agree about the shipping?

Also, after seeing that BenQ with the 13.3" in all it's sexness, i dunno if i want this humongous 15" widescreen.

I know! With all these great deals is just too hard to decide!

I actually put an order in on the ITsky website when their BenQ was $999.... but i haven't heard anything of it.

Then this oppurtunity arises! Still the question is, how are you going to get it shipped here? Would it be possible to ship from MSY to MSY in adelaide?

adelaide MSY doesnt do mail orders so youd have to get them to post it straight to you i guess...however head in and have a chat to them, maybe they can sort something out?

get all the details off the OP and go in at a time when both stores will be open so they can call to confirm i guess.

id just have slacks creak ship it to your home address, it should be pretty cheap

Hehe thanks mate - i'll mull it over. As i posted in the other thread, i'm really tempted right now, but encouraged to wait a few more months for the old cheaper / better options.

Actually, i was considering 802.11n native compliance to be something decent to wait for, not sure if it's worth it really...

its as simple as upgrading the miniPCI wireless card in there if you want draft-n/n in it...

whatdya mean? putting the card in or getting n/draft-n to work?

coz theres no easier task in upgrading a laptop than putting a miniPCI card in...at worst its under the keyboard (which generally takes about 30 seconds to remove on most laptops ive come across).
