Laptop - Replacing Network card.

okay, ive got a laptop in which the network card is dead (wireless, ethernet does not work), was wondering if anyone knows of a place close around the liverpool area that may be able to fix it?

toshiba satellite M40. i tried the typical stuff like plugging, restarting, plugging else where etc. my friend tried to mess with it software wise, but he said he couldnt figure out the problem, it most probably dead.
