It supports plenty of codecs - WMV, H2.64, MPEG4-SP and I've probably missed some...it just doesn't support the AVI container format so the XP solutions are to transcode to one of the formats the player can play. I've had no success and as such I still have the Xbox sitting next to the 360. 360 for games, Xbox for media center.

Decisions decisions. Can't afford the 360 unless I do the trade in with the XBOX.... Maybe I'll just keep the XBOX and use my Wii

So I went and got this yesterday.

I was 4 games short so I went to EB and bought 4 games I knew weren't on the list (Had asked the manager a few days before).

Get in there and they scan them up and say they can't accept 2 of them, I WTF and they say "They aren't in our system". I said the other dude here told me what games aren't accepted and they said "Oh, its also anything we don't have in our system"

Fuckers.

So I walked over to EB and swapped them over for two more.
Sorted it all out and fuck me, they were pushing EVERYTHING, I think I got asked if I wanted anything with it no joke atleast 20times, and the warranty atleast another 10times.
"No"
"are you sure?"
"Yes"
"You need.."
"No means No"

If they weren't such pricks about my games I would have gotten the extended warranty, Xbox live and games but they can go fuck themselves.

I walked over to the normal people at EB and picked up Forza 2 etc, didn't have time to get anything else by that stage I was waay late.

Anyway, Forza looks v.v.nice - Little dissapointed by the sound (I was expecting big things) but I haven't hooked it up to my stereo yet so we'll see how it goes.
