Default Activesync/exchange on Windows mobile

Hi guys,
I have a Jamin & JasJam and I use them for my work exchange mail through activesync and resetting the password on them is a pain in the ass

Now my work has a 60 day password policy on AD/exchange accounts and so work email passwords need to be reset uniquely every 60 days.

This isn't such a problem for me as I can just reset mine to the same thing, but for people in userland out there who need unique passwords - They need to reset the password on their Windows Mobile device in Activesync before it will send/receive email.

We are starting to use a few of these as Blackberry replacements and this is one of a few little things that have come up as an issue, my question to you guys - Is there a way to automatically sync passwords, or failing that - A program that can prompt the user to enter their new one?

Cheers.
