Default Computer Keeps Resetting in cycles

heres the story, my computer was working fine in the morning, when i got home from watchin Transformers, i turned me computer on as normal but when i it comes to the Windows Loading Section where that blue bar goes across it around 5 times or so...it resets to the boot up part, and its a cycle...

can anyone tell me how to fix without formatting, i got an half finish assignment in there!

tried sticking in the windows cd and doing a repair? Might just be something corrupted and the CD can fix it.

This happens quite often. An error happens and the computer is set to reset automatically. Your best bet would be a repair.

Also transformers was a good movie

If that doesn't work and you want to save your half completed assignment, stick it as a slave in another PC and copy it across.

I'm jumping on the "do a windows repair" bandwagon.
