Compaq V3230AU memory Question

Hi,

I got one of the above Laptops and thinking of upgrading the memory. Just wondering If it'll support PC2-6400 2GB SODIMM modules.
I simply cannot find any documentation on this anywhere. thanks

i dont see why it wouldnt

go into dick smith

buy the ram

test it

whether it works or not, take it back in 7 days for a refund

Judging by the models that are close to it I presume it will take DDR2 667MHz.

hey guys thanks for the reponses. dont think D.smith has DDR2 800Mhz right now. i have tried the 677Mhz and that works....
