Anybody tried booting up with E2160 cpu & Nvidia's 680i chipset mobo??
I having trouble with this combo, I know I have P28 bios and are aware of P30 bios, but nothing on the mobo vendors website informs about support for E2160 cpus or Nvidia's for either bios version. I have tried swapping ram sticks but still no bios image on screen. Everything else is powering up. I have E6600 I could use, but want to see if E2160 works first. |

Are you sure the mobo works? I would suspect the e2160 to work in that board.
Try the 6600 to ensure the mobo is operational. If it works then update the bios and try the 2160 again. J.
