Interesting thing is though that these pub randoms seem to play much better than most OCAU players!? I very, very rarely see any OCAU tagged player playing above average.

I'm not sure where all this elitist attide (that I keep reading in this thread) actually comes from, but I'm sure there will be a response that includes something like "pubs don't count, or show true skill".

Really guys, some of you need to get over yourselves and just enjoy the game.

Pretty sure that is a spy getting done in by whatever bug/issue is causing people to see them with the uber sheen.

The medic behind isn't healing him, he's healing the other Demoman (behind the ubered one, with the Nemesis symbol over him). I suspect he was also the one who took out the sentry.

Most of the players tagged as [OCAU] are pretty average (bar some).

The elistist attitude is coming from all the TS and NV clanners who you won't find at the middle/bottom of a scoreboard; unless they've joined mid game or are playing engie

Had a few rounds with some of the OCAU'ers last night. First time medicing with Gigs on the team (I'm hatchet), lessons learned:
(1) Demo's primary weapon vs pyros, demos and heavies is the bottle and not the 'nade launcher. This was also seen to apply when said demo was under the influence of kritz.
(2) Much chaos can result if you kritz a pyro trying to clear the cart of 5+ ppl. The pyro and medic both surviving the above scenario is priceless.

That is all.

Yeah, well, I'll have to disagree with that, but no biggie, please continue.

So my previous picture of me, Bioman and Buck top scoring isn't evidence that we rape?

On the PCPP side we have:

(1) TPOT (The Power of theo); and
(2) TW (Theo's Warriors)

Whirlpool currently only has one team:

GA is a joke, some of us OCAU'ers won that ladder last season as 'tD' - The Doctors

2nd Jev get it right

Also i think it's good to play a game with friends and have fun, this is what the OCAU community is about.

Doing well in pub is up to each person and if the are taking it semi-serious or not, having fun should be the main aim in pub.

If you want to take the game more serious join a clan and learn to play the game in a more competitive way.

It's fun being good at a game but it's just as fun mucking around with mates,if people learn to check there ego's and not worry about how good they are or trying to prove it to everyone else you would find you will just improve at the game from playing it.

Good luck and have fun all.

Sometimes I'm finding there is generally no better character to play with as some people are better with some characters than others, and I find what you choose can depend very much on what others are choosing.

Just some more random screenshots and stuff, it's only about 2mb so again, it's not going to destroy anyone's bandwidth;
