Laptop streaming radio weirdness.
A friend of mine brought his laptop (Asus) to my house today, I'm going to help him get his webcam working under Vista.
Anyway, we noticed something extremely interesting, if we both connect to ABC Radio streaming feed on our laptops (mine is a HP, his is an Asus) the radio on his comes out delayed about 1 second on his compared to mine. What would explain this?  Doesnt bother him, but we just thought it curious. One thing that does bother him a little is that the stream my HP sounds 200% better on mine than his Asus
