Default Laptop Water Damage Repair in Melbourne?

Is cross posting illegal? If so, sorry and please remove this thread... (cross posted to technical support)

Can anyone recommend a place to get my friends laptop fixed?
The damage doesnt *appear* to be severe...
It's a 2 week old HP 530... Got wine spilt on it.
Turned it off, removed power and battery asap and left it to dry.
It's currently in an interesting state...
Powering on gave nothing but the power light and fan/hdd spinning, but I opened her up, and strangely enough with the keyboard unplugged (the ribbon cable) it boots fine, functions perfectly and all that. Plugging in the keyboard after its booted does nothing. Trying to power on with it in again fails...
So I'm not sure if its the keyboard or the mobo... either way, I need someone to fix it. I know the keyboard is 75bucks from HP but since I'm not positive thats the problem, can someone recommend a place in Melbourne to get it fixed?
Cheers.
