Default Toshiba notebook computer from ‘WOW’

The new ‘WOW’ catalogue has a ‘Toshiba’ notebook computer for $1299-
It doesn’t give a model number
Specs:

Intel core 2 duo T5450 (1.66Ghz)
15.4 Widescreen
1GB Ram
160 GB Hard Drive
DVD burner
W.Lan A/G
BlueTooth
ATI M72 128MB
Vista Home Premium
(They throw in an El Cheapo camera – not webcam)

Is this good value ?
