Yeah I cranked hacking and not a lot else until I'd pretty much maxed hacking. Only scene where I had any trouble with combat was the opening one before you get your augs. Can't shoot that assault rifle for shit and you die in like 2 bullets D:. Life is sweet once you get a silencer and laser pointer on your pistol.

I reckon you could without too much difficulty kill at least the first 2 bosses, on hard, without firing a bullet.

wtf? damn it! I pawned my spare laser modification because I thought my 10mm couldn't be upgraded with a laser pointer!!!! grrrr!!!! so pissed off right now!!!!

Hehe you'll find a spare eventually. Just be sure to check out the gun shops in each hub each time you visit. I think there's 2 shops in each?

There is no choice in augmentation either its full guns or enjoy dieing to first boss over and over.

I wanted to make a stealth hacker style character like in the first game and now the first boss is unkillable. So now the only avenue is make a new game and pick augmentations that will allow me to kill the first boss and miss out on hacking turrets and computers.

Very disappointed, after weeks of telling us there's many ways to defeat the game; except that you have to go full combat to actually get anywhere LOL

What an absolute load of utter rubbish. I'm completely stealth but beat the 1st boss easily by Spoiler below, highlight to read:
Throwing the explosive barrels at him, using a few grenades and a shotgun. That's it

The gunplay is fine, you just need to adjust the mouse and FOV.
The cover system works extremely well.

You don't have to fight anyone at all. I've virtually killed no one because I've either sneaked past people or talked them into/out of situations.

Goodbye and good riddance.

one hit kill. I was a weakling hacker as well at the time.

The game is plays in 2D depth, but all the menus are 3D depths..

seriously.. wtf.. any of you nvidia 3d vision fanboys that are losing sleep over this .. don't.. its laughable..
